1. Add your pictures. Choose them, drop them or paste a copied image.
2. Pick the new size. Type a width or a height in pixels (the other follows, unless you untick "Keep the proportions"), drag the percentage slider, or tap a preset such as Instagram post, YouTube thumbnail or passport photo.
3. Download. Each result shows its new size in pixels and in kilobytes. Download one file or all of them in a ZIP.

When you ask for a width and a height that do not match the picture, you choose what happens: fill the frame and crop the edges (the default for presets), fit the whole picture inside the frame, or stretch it. You can also rotate and flip, and save as JPG, PNG or WebP with a quality slider.

Photos taken on a phone are turned the right way up, and the location and camera details stored inside them are removed, which is good for privacy when you post them online. Transparent PNGs get a white background when saved as JPG.

Cuando pides un ancho y un alto que no coinciden con la imagen, tú eliges qué ocurre: llenar el marco y recortar los bordes (lo normal en las plantillas), ajustar la imagen entera dentro del marco o estirarla. También puedes girar y voltear, y guardar como JPG, PNG o WebP con un control de calidad.

Las fotos hechas con el móvil se enderezan y se eliminan los datos de ubicación y de cámara que llevan dentro, algo bueno para la privacidad al publicarlas en internet. Los PNG transparentes reciben fondo blanco al guardarse como JPG.

• Shrinking keeps quality; enlarging cannot add detail. A small picture stretched larger looks soft. Start from the biggest original you have.
• Big reductions are done in steps so fine detail does not turn into jagged edges.
• Pick the format for the content: JPG for photos, PNG for logos, screenshots and anything with transparency, WebP when you want the smallest file for the web.
• Quality 80–90% is the sweet spot for JPG and WebP: the difference is hard to see, the file is much smaller.
